In Bekobod, servants were given half a salary as a monetary reward
The head of Bekobod district, Zaynilobiddin Nizomiddinov, provided financial incentives to ordinary employees working in the district administration. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
He decided to reward cashiers, janitors, drivers, electricians, and secretaries with up to half of their monthly salary. This decision was outlined in an order signed on October 3.
The bonus funds were allocated based on a notification presented by the first deputy head of the district, E. Imamov.
The funds were allocated within the framework of the material incentive fund for employees approved for 2025, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Local State Government." According to the document, technical and service staff will be rewarded with 50 percent of one month's salary for work performed in the third quarter of 2025.
Zaynilobiddin Nizomiddinov previously served as the head of the Presidential Administration and was appointed head of Bekobod district in April 2025 (source: zamin.uz).
