From October 8, 2025, road traffic will be temporarily restricted in the Mirzo Ulug‘bek and Yashnobod districts of Tashkent city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Official information was provided by the Tashkent City Road Traffic Safety Department. Road repair works are being carried out on the section of Yangi Uzbekistan Street from Ohangaron Highway to the D012 highway, as well as on Jasorat and Do‘stlik streets.
In these areas, a new PSHMA-20 type asphalt concrete pavement is planned to be laid. The repair works will continue until October 20, and during this period, vehicle traffic will be temporarily suspended.
The Road Traffic Safety Department has asked drivers to plan their routes in advance and use detours in urgent cases. According to specialists, the repair works will be completed within the specified timeframe, and the renewed road surface will be comfortable and safe for traffic.
Additionally, due to the use of construction machinery and equipment during the repair process, traffic congestion may occur in some places. Therefore, drivers are requested to proceed with caution and patience.
