Free electronic certificate introduced for drivers
According to the Government Resolution No. 642 dated October 15, 2025, a unified electronic certificate confirming the completion of driver training and retraining has been introduced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

From now on, citizens who have successfully completed training courses for automobile and urban electric transport drivers will be issued certificates electronically based on the examination commission's report. Electronic certificates are automatically generated through the unified information system on the “eavtotalim.uz” platform and provided to business entities in real time.

Most importantly, no fees or charges are collected for issuing the certificate. This innovation serves as an important step towards convenience for drivers and the digitalization of services.
