The Ministry of Emergency Situations' activities have improved

The emergency response system has been further improved. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

By presidential decree, a new regulation "On the Ministry of Emergency Situations" was approved. This document clearly defines the status, functions, rights, and operational procedures of the ministry.

From now on, the Ministry of Emergency Situations operates not only as an agency active during fires or natural disasters but also as a central structure implementing systematic work to prevent emergencies. The main goal of the ministry is to protect the population from dangers, reduce the risk of emergencies, and ensure prompt response measures.

Additionally, comprehensive measures are developed to prevent natural and man-made disasters. Existing forces and resources are kept constantly ready, and the civil protection system is being developed.

Timely informing the population about emergencies is also one of the important tasks. Control over strict compliance with safety rules is strengthened at enterprises working with chemical substances that have a high risk of fire or explosion.

The ministry coordinates these activities and ensures compliance with standards. Based on the new regulation, special uniforms and insignia have been developed for the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

They are prepared according to samples approved by the president. Military personnel and rescuers are provided with military and special uniforms free of charge at the state's expense.

This decision serves not only to modernize the system but also to enhance the prestige of rescuers and duly appreciate their work. Through the new regulation, the emergency response system is expected to be established in a modern and effective manner.
