As of the end of September 2025, the average monthly salary in Uzbekistan reached 6 million 167 thousand soms. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This figure has increased significantly compared to last year. By region, the highest monthly salary was recorded in Tashkent city, amounting to 10.4 million soms.

In Navoi region, the average salary was around 7.6 million soms, while the lowest figures were observed in Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions. In Kashkadarya, the average salary was 4.2 million soms, and in Surkhandarya, it was 4.3 million soms.

Comparing by sectors, employees in the insurance sector have the highest income, with an average salary of about 20.9 million soms. Conversely, the lowest salaries are in the preschool education system, averaging 2.7 million soms.

According to experts, differences in salary levels are mainly related to the economic activity of regions, investment volume, and labor market demands. Therefore, salary indicators vary across the country and differ by region.
