The Cyber Defense Center under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced the launch of a special Telegram bot aimed at combating fraud cases. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This bot can be found under the name @cybershielduz_bot. The main function of the bot is to detect and delete harmful APK files (for the Android system).
Additionally, it has the function to find and block dangerous external links and warns users about new types of cybercrimes. According to representatives of the Cyber Defense Center, for the bot to function fully, users need to grant it administrator rights.
This tool is considered an important step towards ensuring cybersecurity and protecting citizens from fraud. Through this, it is intended to increase the effectiveness of combating cybercrimes within the territory of Uzbekistan.
