
A new industrial zone worth $350 million is planned to be built in the Fergana region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This project will be implemented by the Turkish company Heyal Holding. In this regard, the regional administration held negotiations with Turkish investors.
The new industrial zone is planned to include a total of 15 facilities, including shops, exhibition halls, hotels, and other necessary buildings. The main part of the project consists of production buildings, which will be constructed based on modern technologies, including "smart systems."
To ensure efficient use of electricity, solar panels will be installed, and to maintain environmental cleanliness, a waste recycling system is planned to be introduced. According to the regional administration, specialists will arrive in Fergana soon to prepare project materials and start construction work.
