The press service of the Republic Seismoprediction Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this. The epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Gazli city area of Bukhara region.
The magnitude of the earthquake at the epicenter was 3.2, and the intensity of the underground tremors was recorded as 3. The earthquake focus was at a depth of 10 kilometers underground.
The residents of Gazli city may have felt ground shaking with an intensity of 2. In other areas, including districts and cities, no underground tremors were observed.
These data were determined as a result of seismological observations, and no damage or losses were recorded due to the earthquake. Additionally, the local population is advised to observe safety precautions regarding earthquake safety.
