Moreover, promoting such activities publicly is also prohibited, and penalties have been established. According to amendments made to the Administrative Liability Code, citizens who violate these rules will be fined 15–20 times the base calculation amount, while officials will be fined 20–25 times the base amount.
If material gain is obtained through unauthorized activities, a fine of the same amount is envisaged. Additionally, if this violation is repeated within one year, a fine of 20–30 times the base amount or administrative detention for up to 15 days may be applied.
