
Starting from January 2026, the population of Uzbekistan will have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of medical services. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was announced by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during a meeting with medical workers. According to the President, today people's attitudes towards life, demands, and worldview are changing.
This requires improving the quality of services in the medical field. In this regard, necessary preparations will be carried out in November and December.
From January 2026, a new system that takes public opinion into account will be introduced. Additionally, heads of 26 medical centers, regional and district health chiefs, as well as polyclinic directors will operate based on monthly plans.
They will provide information to the public through television and social networks about the most common diseases and ways to reduce them. Furthermore, doctors will actively conduct awareness campaigns on the importance of medical check-ups, healthy nutrition, physical activity, and health preservation.
Heads of medical centers will visit the most challenging areas and neighborhoods to study the causes of existing diseases and seek solutions to eliminate them. They will also teach local doctors modern treatment methods.
Through this, it is planned to further improve the quality of medical services provided to the population.
