The President announced the implementation of new reforms aimed at supporting medical sector employees and properly appreciating their work. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
These reforms are focused on increasing efficiency in the healthcare system, attracting young professionals to the field, and developing scientific and practical activities. According to the President, from now on, every year on the occasion of "Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers Day," all doctors and nurses working in state medical institutions will be awarded a special monetary bonus.
This decision is accepted as a symbol of gratitude to devoted workers in the medical field. Additionally, doctors who introduce new treatment methods into practice will receive special incentives.
For example, medical workers who implement innovative methods at the district level will be awarded a bonus of 21 million soums. This innovation serves to develop a scientific approach and support innovative ideas.
Privileges have also been established for specialists who have worked for many years in state medical institutions. For instance, employees with 15 years of work experience will be given a free sanatorium voucher.
Moreover, if their children enroll in state higher education institutions, 30 percent of the one-year contract fee will be covered by the state. New incentive measures have also been introduced regarding mortgage loans.
Each year, for 500 medical workers who show high performance, 25 percent of the initial payment for mortgage loans will be paid by the state. In addition, employees with more than three years of work experience will receive free high-tech specialized medical care once a year if necessary.
Additional opportunities are being created for doctors engaged in scientific activities. Expenses related to publishing articles in international scientific journals will be fully covered by the state.
Officials emphasize that as a result of these reforms, labor productivity in the healthcare system will increase, and innovative approaches will accelerate. It is also expected that the number of qualified personnel will grow, and the prestige of the medical profession will further improve.
