The press service of "Uzbekistan Airports" announced this. It is reported that the old cargo complex of Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov has been put up for sale via the E-auksion.uz online platform.
The total area of this building is 6,882 square meters. The starting price for the annual lease is set at 16.9 billion soums, excluding value-added tax.
This building is intended to be leased to cargo aviation carriers. It will provide the opportunity to efficiently organize temporary storage and processing of cargo.
Special requirements have been established for auction participants, and they must meet these conditions. The auction is scheduled to be held on November 24.
