New buses have been brought to Fergana region to improve the public transport system. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the press service of the regional administration, 24 modern "Zhong tong" buses manufactured in China were purchased by "Fergana City Bus" LLC. These buses will start serving the population on routes in the city of Fergana in the coming days.
The new buses are environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and provide comfortable conditions for passengers. This will further enhance the opportunities for using public transport.
Additionally, during 2024–2025, a total of 96 buses of the Asia Star, Yutong, and Zhong tong brands are planned to be brought by four other enterprises in the region. According to experts, this renewal will bring the urban transport system in the region to a modern, safe, and comfortable level.
The opportunities for the population to use transport services will expand, creating conveniences for the public. These measures will contribute to the development of the transport system in Fergana region.
