The processes for obtaining licenses and permits in Uzbekistan are planned to be simplified. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to an official statement based on the decree of the head of state from the Ministry of Justice, these changes will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
Under the new regulation, individual entrepreneurs (YaTT) will have the opportunity to own their brand name. Additionally, if there are changes in the personal data of YaTT, these changes will be automatically and free of charge reflected in licenses and permits.
This mechanism will provide additional convenience for entrepreneurs. Furthermore, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to make the process of accessing necessary services more convenient.
For example, payments for all services can be made through a single QR code. Also, a system for pre-assessment of documents required for obtaining licenses and permits will be introduced.
This will help entrepreneurs save time and resources. These innovations are aimed at supporting entrepreneurial activities in the country.
