Starting from 2026, the "Opening a Business in 15 Minutes" system will be implemented. Due to this innovation, the process of registering entrepreneurship will significantly accelerate and time-consuming procedures will be eliminated.
According to the new regulation, once the application of a citizen applying for business registration is accepted, several services will be automatically performed. Namely: an electronic digital signature will be generated, a bank account will be opened by the bank, a lease agreement will be formalized upon request, the cash register will be automatically registered with the tax office, and necessary notifications will be sent to the relevant state organizations.
Most importantly, the process that currently takes 7 days will now be reduced to only 15 minutes. This represents a great opportunity for those planning to start entrepreneurship, allowing them to save time and resources.
