
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed a decree on measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of state enterprises and reducing the cost price of their products. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this decree, measures will be taken to reduce expenses and introduce principles of thriftiness in enterprises. In particular, every quarter, the enterprises' expenses will be reviewed, and work aimed at ensuring efficiency in product manufacturing will be carried out.
The decree also provides for the establishment of a special Republican commission. This commission will assist state enterprises in developing programs to optimize expenses and increase efficiency.
The commission will also consider issues related to reducing enterprises' accounts receivable and payable by modernizing the payment system. This will contribute to enhancing the financial stability of enterprises.
