Restrictions on watering trees and plants in Tashkent city have been officially lifted. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, from now on, watering trees and green areas in the city during the spring and summer seasons can be carried out throughout the day. Previously, watering was only allowed from midnight until 5:00 AM.
According to the city administration, this decision is aimed at improving the ecological conditions and expanding green areas. Additionally, measures will be taken to wash shrubs along main roads at least three times a week.
Multi-storey buildings will be equipped with special water-saving reservoirs. Due to these measures, the humidity level of the city environment will increase, dust levels will decrease, and the air will be enriched with oxygen.
This will contribute to improving the living conditions of the population and making the streets more comfortable and greener.
