
Comprehensive inspections are being conducted regarding compliance with ecological and sanitary requirements at construction sites located in 12 districts of Tashkent city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
During these raids, a total of 140 responsible employees were involved, who are strengthening control over the prevention of dust, sand, and other pollution at construction sites. According to the latest data, violations of the requirements to prevent air pollution by dust were found at 60 out of 96 inspected sites.
Additionally, it was noted that at 47 construction areas, the requirement to green at least 25 percent of the site was not met. Due to these violations, the activities of 15 sites were temporarily suspended.
During the raids, 70 individuals were held administratively liable, and 68 individuals were officially warned. According to officials, such measures serve to protect the city's air and ensure compliance with ecological requirements.
Furthermore, additional work is being carried out to reduce pollution at construction sites. In particular, special water washing devices have been installed at 24 sites, and 62 sites have been equipped with special pools for washing vehicle tires.
