A new tax administration system will be introduced in Namangan

Starting from January 1, 2026, a new tax administration model is planned to be introduced on a trial basis in Namangan region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The Ministry of Justice announced this. According to this new system, taxes paid on income earned by citizens from renting out real estate will be fully directed to the local budget of the area where the property is located.

Additionally, a new service called the "Expenditures from Individual Tax Payments" module will be launched on the "Open Budget" portal. Through this module, the public will be able to monitor the amount of taxes they have paid and learn which budget expenditures these funds have been allocated to.

The module will provide detailed information about income, property, and land taxes, as well as projects financed from these funds. This system allows for transparent management of local budgets and enables citizens to see how their taxes are being used.
