Tatarstan plans to launch two new industrial zones in Uzbekistan in the first quarter of 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
These technoparks will be located in the Bukhara and Navoi regions. The new projects will be managed by the companies "Alabuga" and "KIP Master".
This was reported by KazanFirst. This initiative is being implemented based on the successful operation of the "Chirchiq" and "Jizzakh" technoparks.
So far, these technoparks have generated a total revenue of 40 million US dollars. According to experts, Uzbekistan is showing great interest in developing its industrial infrastructure and expanding its tax base.
Tatarstan's project is being carried out within the framework of a regional program aimed at increasing export potential by 2030. Sergey Mayorov, chairman of the Tatarstan Industrial Cluster Management, emphasized that Uzbekistan's economy is developing very rapidly and the country's demographic growth is also high.
Since the population increases by one million every year, this region is of particular interest to Tatarstan.
