During his visit to Jizzakh region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the "Agromarkaz" agricultural complex in Sharof Rashidov district. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This center was established to create new opportunities in agriculture, increase productivity, and provide convenient services to farmers. At "Agromarkaz," all necessary services for agriculture are organized based on the "single window" principle.
The center covers an area of one hectare, with the first floor housing a shop for plant protection products, a veterinary pharmacy, seed and seedling sales, an agromarket, a mini-machinery section, and other services. On the second floor, there are laboratories for plant protection, soil and water analysis rooms, as well as entomology and phytopathology departments.
Additionally, within the center's territory are located the regional agricultural department, the Agro-Industrial Development Agency, agro-inspection, and other organizations. The head of state closely acquainted himself with the center's activities and gave important recommendations to expand its range of services and create added value in agriculture.
He also emphasized that this center plays a significant role in implementing a comprehensive approach in the agricultural sector. Source: zamin.uz
