
The insurance services market in Uzbekistan amounted to 10 trillion soms in the first ten months of 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This information was provided by the National Statistics Committee. This figure is 2.6 trillion soms higher compared to last year.
In the country, demand for insurance services is mainly directed towards automobiles, property, and health insurance against accidents. These sectors account for 81.5 percent of the total insurance market.
This indicates that the population is increasingly focusing on financial security in these areas. However, demand for life insurance services is considerably low, making up only 4.3 percent of the market.
The remaining 14.2 percent corresponds to reinsurance services. These figures reflect the population's preferences and needs in the insurance sector.
