
During 2026-2027, 2.8 thousand women across Uzbekistan will be trained in entrepreneurial activities. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was noted in a decree by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aimed at supporting women. Within this initiative, the goal is to expand women's economic opportunities and involve them in entrepreneurship.
The "Hamroh" company plays a leading role in implementing the project. The company focuses its activities on supporting women and enhancing their entrepreneurial potential.
Additionally, "Hamroh" plans to allocate 2 trillion soms for various projects benefiting 6 thousand women. Furthermore, financial assistance will be provided to another 2 thousand women.
Starting next year, women will have the opportunity to obtain loans from banks to develop small and medium-sized businesses. The maximum amount of these loans will be 25 thousand base calculation units, which equals 10.3 billion soms.
The loan funds will be provided by the "Hamroh" company within the framework of entrepreneurship development programs. This initiative aims to involve women in economic activities, increase their financial independence, and expand their contribution to the country's economy.
