YAMMT: Electronic services for employers have become more convenient
According to the new government decision, an administrative regulation on providing commercial electronic services to employers through the "Unified National Labor System" (YAMMT) has been approved. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

These services allow employers to carry out their activities electronically and simplify this process. A range of convenient services are offered to employers through YAMMT.

In particular, it is possible to conclude and terminate labor contracts, enter information about enterprises into the system, as well as form electronic labor books. Additionally, employers can create the structure of their organizations electronically through YAMMT.

To use electronic commercial services, employers must register through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (YAIDXP). This system is designed to organize work processes more conveniently and efficiently.

One of the conveniences of the system is that regulatory bodies review employers' requests within 3 working days. If all requirements are met, electronic data is generated and an official certificate with a QR code is provided.

This new system serves as a convenient tool for clear and effective management of labor relations, regulation, and monitoring of employers' activities. This innovation has been introduced to increase transparency in the labor market and create additional conveniences for employers.
