The number of marriages was highest in September in 2025

According to the data from the National Statistics Committee, a total of 177,017 marriages were registered in Uzbekistan from January to September 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Statistical analyses show that the number of marriages gradually increased throughout the year. While this figure was relatively low during the winter and spring months, a significant rise was observed at the end of summer and the beginning of autumn.

The lowest number of marriages was recorded in March, with only 12,059 marriages registered during this period. In January, 17,837 marriages were registered, 13,938 in February, and 15,764 in April.

In May, the figure reached 17,556, and in June, 18,121. Starting from the summer months, the number of marriages increased considerably.

Specifically, 23,861 marriages were recorded in July, and in August, this number rose to 27,304. The highest figure was observed in September, with 30,577 marriages registered during this period.
