From now on, the principle of "Starting a Business in 15 Minutes" will be introduced when registering business entities with the state. This innovation is considered an important step that will help entrepreneurs save time and money.
The main advantage of the new system is that an entrepreneur will be able to receive the necessary services simultaneously through a single process. There will be no need to go through separate stages as before.
According to the legislation, starting from 2026, along with registering the entrepreneur, the following services will also be offered: obtaining an electronic digital signature key, opening bank accounts, applying for licenses or permits for certain types of activities, formalizing real estate lease agreements, registering as a VAT payer, purchasing and registering online cash registers with tax authorities, as well as registering the head of the legal entity in the "Unified National Labor System." It is important to emphasize that the entrepreneur can choose only the services they need.
Each service is optional, and payment is made only for the selected services. Payments can be made through a single QR code.
According to experts, this innovation will make the entrepreneurial environment more convenient and attractive. This system will encourage new entrepreneurs and eliminate the problem of waiting in queues for hours to process documents.
