Demand for beauty services increased by 11 percent

Demand for barbershops and beauty salons in Uzbekistan is significantly increasing. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to official data, the total amount spent on these services during the current year has reached 10.3 trillion soums. This figure is 11 percent higher compared to the same period last year.
By region, the highest expenditure was observed in the city of Tashkent. The capital's residents allocated nearly 1.7 trillion soums for beauty services, maintaining the leading position in the country by this indicator.
Additionally, in Fergana region, these expenses amounted to 1.41 trillion soums, in Samarkand region to 1.30 trillion soums, and in Tashkent region to 1.05 trillion soums. According to experts, this growth is related to increasing incomes of the population and growing attention to appearance and personal care.
