
Temporary changes will be made to the operation of the Tashkent Metro in connection with the New Year holiday. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to official information from the "Tashkent Metro" state unitary enterprise, in particular, to ensure convenient and safe movement of citizens on the holiday night, metro trains will operate continuously from 5:00 AM on December 31 until 1:00 AM on January 1.
These measures will allow the New Year to be celebrated joyfully and freely. Also, during the additional days off designated for the holiday, train operations will be organized as follows: - On December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2026, metro trains will run according to the schedule approved for Saturdays.
- On January 1, 2026, trains will operate according to the Sunday schedule. Monday, January 5, will be a working day for everyone.
Therefore, metro service will be organized based on the regular weekday schedule. Passengers are requested to plan their travel in advance, taking into account the schedule set for the holiday days.
