Pension payments for January start on January 5

The Pension Fund has announced the start date for pension payments for January. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It is noted that due to the holidays at the beginning of the new year, payments to citizens receiving pensions via bank cards will be made starting from January 5. This decision was made considering that the period from December 31 to January 4 is designated as holidays.

Additionally, in accordance with the Law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2026," the expenses of the Pension Fund have been approved, and payments will be ensured to be made in the prescribed manner. For citizens receiving pensions in cash, payments will be delivered through the mobile cash offices of Xalq Bank according to a special schedule by January 27.

Pension funds are planned to be delivered through neighborhood citizens' assemblies or directly to the citizens' place of residence.
