The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation has announced an extension of the deadline for students to make their contract payments. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the official decision, the deadline for paying contract fees for undergraduate and master's students for the 2025/2026 academic year has been extended until January 31, 2026. This date is also considered the final day.
Under the new regulation, applicants recommended for admission must pay at least 50 percent of the one-year tuition fee based on the basic contract. Additionally, students studying under the differentiated payment contract, known as the "super-contract," must also pay at least half of the specified amount.
For students in the second year and above, the leadership of the higher education institution has the option to extend the payment deadline under a separate procedure. This decision aims to provide additional convenience for students and their parents in resolving financial matters.
It is expected that this will facilitate the preparation process for the new academic year.
