The hottest year in the last 170 years has been recorded in the city of Tashkent. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the author of the Uzb_Meteo channel, based on the weather statistics of 2025, as reported by the upl.uz publication, no month last year experienced temperatures below the norm.
As a result, the average annual temperature in Tashkent reached 17.3 degrees, setting a new historical record. According to the data, the previous hottest year was recorded in 2023, when the average annual temperature was 17.0 degrees.
The coldest year was 1920. At that time, the average annual temperature in Tashkent was around 11.8 degrees.
Such statistical data once again confirms the climate changes and the increasing levels of heat. Experts emphasize the need to closely monitor this situation and take necessary measures.
