Visa-free countries for citizens of Uzbekistan reach 50

Uzbekistan plans to increase the number of countries its citizens can visit visa-free to 50 by 2030. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This goal is outlined in the development strategy for 2026–2030. According to the document, agreements on visa-free or simplified entry procedures are expected to be reached with two more countries within this year.
Furthermore, it is planned to increase the number of such agreements to five by 2027. According to the plan, the number of visa-free destinations is expected to reach 45 in 2028, 48 in 2029, and 50 in 2030.
At the same time, during 2026–2030, the number of countries offering simplified procedures such as electronic visas and visas issued at the airport is aimed to be increased to 60. Additionally, a special mobile platform for consular services will be launched in the near future.
It is planned to increase the number of users through this platform. Currently, 8,500 people use it, with the figure expected to reach 15,000 by 2026 and 100,000 by 2030.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, today citizens of Uzbekistan have the opportunity to travel visa-free to 35 countries. Another 42 countries offer various forms of simplified entry procedures.
