List of Important Organizations for the Public Approved

The Ministry of Justice has registered a decision defining the category of organizations important for the public. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This category includes exchanges, banks, and microfinance organizations. Additionally, companies whose shares are placed in public trading, factoring organizations, mortgage structures, and payment systems are also recognized as important entities for the public.
Enterprises with state shares will also have this status. Special criteria have been established for enterprises with state participation.
According to these criteria, such enterprises must have assets exceeding 1 million base calculation units (BCU) and an annual net income higher than this amount. Furthermore, organizations that meet at least one criterion for two consecutive years will also be included in the list.
These criteria are as follows: assets must not be less than 1 million BCU, annual net income must be 1 million BCU or more, or the average annual number of employees must be at least 500. Enterprises and organizations meeting these criteria will be included in a special register.
The responsibility for forming and regularly updating this register has been assigned to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Source: Zamin.uz.
