New Tashkent will be comparable to Manhattan and Paris
The New Tashkent project will be comparable in size to the world's largest cities. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was announced by Pavel Zolotaryov, head of Business Consulting Group, at an international conference dedicated to the construction industry. According to him, the total area of New Tashkent is planned to be equivalent to Manhattan in New York or two Paris cities.

Additionally, Zolotaryov emphasized that eight more new cities like New Tashkent are planned to be built in the Central Asian region. These projects are expected to be completed within 10–20 years.

One of the tallest fountains in the world is also planned to be constructed in New Tashkent. The height of this fountain will be 232 meters, and it is scheduled to be launched in August 2026.

This structure is expected to become a symbol not only of the city but of the entire region. The city construction is progressing rapidly.

The initial relocations to New Tashkent will begin in December 2026. Initially, families in difficult living conditions and employees working in state institutions will be settled here.

This was reported by Azizbek Omonov, a representative of the "New Tashkent" directorate.
