In Uzbekistan, 13.7 million tons of vegetables were produced in 2025

According to the data from the National Statistics Committee, a total of 13.7 million tons of vegetables were grown in Uzbekistan in 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This figure is 1.2 percent higher compared to 2024. All categories of farms contributed significantly to vegetable cultivation, and this year's harvest volume was substantial across the country.
By region, Andijan region led with over 2 million 89 thousand tons of vegetables grown. The second place was taken by Samarkand region, where 1 million 686 thousand tons of vegetables were produced.
Fergana region ranked third with 1 million 616 thousand tons. In Surkhandarya region, 1 million 451 thousand tons, and in Tashkent region, 1 million 378 thousand tons of vegetables were grown.
The harvest was also substantial in other regions. For example, Bukhara region produced 1 million 190 thousand tons, Namangan region 1 million 163 thousand tons, Khorezm 737 thousand tons, and Kashkadarya 663 thousand tons of vegetables.
Productivity was also good in Jizzakh, Karakalpakstan, Navoi, and Syrdarya regions. Tashkent city managed to produce 1.5 thousand tons of vegetables.
