Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva among the most beautiful cities of Asia

Three cities of Uzbekistan – Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva – have been internationally recognized and included in the list of the 30 most beautiful cities in Asia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This list was published in a special issue of the “National Geographic Traveler” magazine, which is published in Poland. The article's author, journalist Agnieszka Franus, highlighted Uzbekistan's rich historical heritage and the unique architectural charm of the Great Silk Road cities.
In particular, the Registan ensemble, Shahi-Zinda complex, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and Amir Timur Mausoleum in Samarkand were mentioned as some of the world's rarest monuments. In Bukhara, the Ark Fortress and ancient madrasahs reflect the city's long-standing traditions of statehood.
The city of Khiva is famous worldwide for the Ichan-Kala complex and is highly valued as an open-air museum. Additionally, the article acknowledged the tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
The level of safety, transport convenience, quality of services, and reasonable prices have made the country a comfortable destination for travel. The hospitality and sincerity of the local people were also specially emphasized.
