Qatar airspace closed, 48 Uzbeks remained at Doha airport

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Qatar has announced that due to the temporary closure of Qatar's airspace, 48 citizens who were supposed to return to Tashkent have been stranded at Hamad International Airport in Doha. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This situation arose because flights were temporarily suspended, causing difficulties in accommodating passengers. Embassy staff promptly intervened and managed to arrange temporary hotel accommodations for the citizens.
It has been stated that once Qatar's airspace reopens, the safe return of our citizens to their homeland will be ensured. The embassy is monitoring the situation and urges our citizens not to panic and to rely only on official sources.
