Rental prices for housing in Tashkent have increased depending on the areas

In the capital, the price of new housing rentals increased significantly in February. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to calculations, the average rental price per square meter was approximately 8.7 dollars. Rental prices by districts were as follows.
In Mirobod district, the price per square meter was 11.1 dollars. In Shaykhontohur, this figure was 11 dollars.
In Yakkasaray, the rental price was around 10 dollars, and in Mirzo Ulugbek it was 9.2 dollars. In Yashnobod district, this figure was 9 dollars, while in Yunusobod it was 8.6 dollars.
In Olmazor and Chilonzor districts, prices were around 8 dollars. For Uchtepa district, the rental price was 7.2 dollars, in Sergeli 6.9 dollars, and in Bektemir 6.3 dollars.
Thus, the price of housing rentals varies significantly across different areas of the capital. The most expensive districts are Mirobod and Shaykhontohur, while the cheapest are Bektemir and Sergeli.
This situation reflects changes in supply and demand in the rental market and indicates new trends emerging in finding housing in Tashkent. As a result, considering the districts is important when making decisions related to housing rentals.
