Ramadan Eid will be celebrated on March 20 in Uzbekistan
It has been announced that the blessed Ramadan Eid in Uzbekistan will fall on March 20. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

An official statement was made through the Ministry of Justice’s “Legal Information” channel. Although the month of Ramadan began on February 19, the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan and the Committee on Religious Affairs had not yet issued an official statement regarding the date of Eid.

While the presidential decree had not yet been announced, the ministry disclosed this date. It is reported that Ramadan Eid will be celebrated on Friday, March 20.

Navruz holiday will take place on Saturday, March 21. Sunday, March 22, is considered a day off.

Additionally, Monday, March 23, has been designated as an additional day off for those working a five-day workweek. Thus, the expected holiday dates for our compatriots have been clarified.

All citizens are preparing to welcome Ramadan Eid and Navruz holiday with joy and celebration. These holidays serve to further strengthen the national and religious values of the Uzbek people.

During the holidays, families come together, reinforcing bonds of kindness and friendship. Also, the days off designated by the state provide convenience for the well-being and rest of the population.

Therefore, we sincerely congratulate all our compatriots on the upcoming Ramadan Eid and Navruz holiday. Spending the holidays in health and peace, and fostering mutual respect and love, is the duty of each of us.
