What factors and main standards does the pension amount depend on?

The pension amount consists of several key components, each clearly defined in current legislation. Zamin.uz reports on this matter.
The pension amount paid to citizens is determined by taking into account several factors. First and foremost, there is the basic or base component of the pension, which serves as a common standard for all pensioners.
The second factor is additional supplements granted based on an individual's work experience. Therefore, it is natural that the longer a person has worked and the greater their length of service, the higher the pension amount will be.
Thirdly, various additional payments or allowances are also added to the pension, forming the final amount. An important point is that, according to legal requirements, the pension amount paid to each citizen cannot be less than the officially established minimum subsistence level.
This is a social guarantee provided by the state, aimed at ensuring the minimum amount necessary for people to live. All these important aspects are based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Pension Provision for Citizens".
Especially with the new amendments adopted on March 18, 2024, Article 25 has been defined even more clearly and understandably. This legal document serves to make the pension calculation procedure transparent and to guarantee the rights of every working citizen.
As a result, each individual will have the opportunity to receive a fair pension based on their work activity and length of service.
