Uzbekistan and Serbia Approved an Agreement on Cooperation in the Tourism Sector

Uzbekistan has officially approved an international agreement aimed at developing cooperation with Serbia in the tourism sector. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The document, signed in Tashkent on October 28, 2025, entered into force by virtue of Presidential Decree No. PQ-115. The Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan has been designated as the responsible organization for implementing this agreement.
The Committee will coordinate joint activities, oversee tourism projects, and ensure the effective utilization of new cooperation opportunities for both parties. According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of relevant ministries and agencies will monitor the implementation of the agreement.
This agreement lays the groundwork for enhancing experience exchange between the two countries, launching new investment projects, and developing cultural ties. As officials emphasized, the agreement will further strengthen cooperation between Uzbekistan and Serbia and expand long-term relations in the tourism sector.
This will serve to create new opportunities and conveniences for travelers. At the same time, friendship and cooperation between the two states will be further strengthened.
