Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are taking energy sector cooperation to a new level

Friendship and cooperation relations between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are currently entering a new stage. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Specifically, the two neighboring countries are actively and effectively working to further deepen cooperation in the fuel and energy sector. Recently, Ravshanbek Alimov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan, met with Guvanch Agajanov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, at an important meeting held in Ashgabat.
During this meeting, future plans and cooperation opportunities in the bilateral energy sector were extensively discussed. During these negotiations, official representatives focused primarily on expanding cooperation and implementing new joint projects in the energy industry.
It was noted by both sides that, thanks to the strong political will and joint efforts of the leaders of the two states, mutual relations have significantly strengthened and reached a high level in recent years. Representatives emphasized that cooperation in the fuel and energy sector is developing increasingly not just in words, but through practical results and concrete initiatives.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views on further developing ties in the oil and gas industry, establishing deep partnership, and exploring new directions for expanded joint activities. The goals pursued in this regard serve the well-being of both peoples and the stable development of their economies.
