During the meeting, attention was focused on developing strategic partnership between the two countries, specifically strengthening inter-regional cooperation and exchanging experience in economic sectors. Uzdaily.uz website provided this information.

During the negotiations, Chinese representatives expressed their readiness to expand cooperation in the technology sector. They paid special attention to areas such as renewable energy, water conservation, industrial production, transport and agriculture.

The parties agreed to work together to develop a portfolio of new joint projects. Another important issue discussed at the meeting was the preparation for the Third Uzbekistan-China Inter-regional Forum, which will be held from May 20-22 in Xi'an city of Shaanxi Province.

Officials emphasized that this forum is an important platform for strengthening regional ties and promoting cooperation initiatives. Active participation of business representatives from both countries is expected at the event.
