Artificial intelligence will be introduced in the judicial enforcement system

Comprehensive digitalization work is starting in the system for the enforcement of court documents in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The main initiative in this regard was formalized by a presidential decree signed on March 30. According to the new decree, from January 1, 2027, artificial intelligence technologies will be introduced in the daily activities of state bailiffs.
This innovation aims to automate at least seventy percent of the decisions made during the enforcement process. In addition, all administrative procedures related to the enforcement of court decisions will gradually be fully transferred to electronic form.
Officials believe that this change will significantly reduce the human factor, ensure transparency, and increase the speed of decision-making. The decree pays special attention to the full digitalization of enforcement actions, including the electronic distribution of funds collected during these processes.
At the same time, starting from July 1, 2026, the government plans to simplify the registration process of motor vehicles and real estate transferred to state revenue based on court decisions. These special assets will be directly handed over to the State Assets Management Agency based on a simple decision issued by the state bailiff.
These reforms serve to increase efficiency in the court document enforcement system, ensure fair decisions, and widely introduce digital technologies in public administration. This will enable the provision of higher quality services to citizens.
The full implementation of the digitalization process will ensure the adaptation of the judicial system to modern requirements.
