President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited Bukhara

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has arrived in our country for a working visit. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The high-ranking guest was personally welcomed at Bukhara International Airport by the head of our state, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This visit once again confirms that the relations of eternal friendship, good neighborliness, and strategic partnership between the two neighboring states are at a high level.
The solemn welcoming ceremony organized at the airport demonstrated the sincere bonds between the two peoples. The flags of the two states were raised in the square, and an honorary guard marched.
The state anthems of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan were played by a military orchestra. During the ceremony, national melodies and songs were performed, showcasing the traditions of hospitality characteristic of the ancient land of Bukhara.
According to the visit program, the leaders of the two countries will hold talks today in a narrow circle and in an expanded format. During the dialogue, issues regarding the further development of cooperation in trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian, and energy sectors will be considered.
Additionally, the heads of state will visit ancient monuments in the city to closely familiarize themselves with Bukhara's rich historical heritage. Furthermore, it is planned to review the activities of industrial enterprises in the region and discuss the implementation of joint projects.
This working visit is expected to bring multifaceted relations between the two states to a new qualitative stage and contribute to ensuring stability and progress in the region. The parties aim to reach important agreements on implementing mutually beneficial projects.
