Protecting youth from negative environmental influences and preventing their involvement in violations remains one of the priority directions of state policy. Therefore, reviewing such issues at the level of police services will contribute to strengthening oversight.

Furthermore, the authority to handle cases related to petty hooliganism and petty vandalism is being transferred to police officers. This simplifies the process of reviewing administrative cases and eliminates unnecessary paperwork.
