Uzbekistan's shooters win at international tournament in Turkey
The sixth international sniper competition held at the mountain training center in Isparta, Turkey, concluded with an absolute victory for the team of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In this influential gathering, which brought together the most skilled warriors from over ten countries, our representatives once again demonstrated their high proficiency and combat spirit in practice. Over eleven days of intense competition, twenty-four teams from thirteen nations competed against each other.
Among the participants were experienced military personnel from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Italy, Pakistan, and many other countries. The competition conditions were notably difficult.
In particular, snipers had to eliminate targets at unknown distances, shoot accurately from moving helicopters, and perform high-precision tasks in the challenging conditions of mountainous terrain. Uzbek servicemen demonstrated superiority in speed and accuracy at all stages.
Especially noteworthy is that they completed the assigned tasks much earlier than the allotted time and without errors, which was highly praised by the judging panel. According to the final results, our team took first place among foreign armies and was deemed worthy of the gold medals.
It is significant that Uzbek snipers have not relinquished the champion title in this international tournament for several consecutive years. Such achievements confirm the growing influence of our national army on the global scale and indicate that the professional training of our soldiers and officers meets the most modern requirements.
This victory confirms that the defenders of our homeland are prepared not only physically, but also intellectually and spiritually, for any complex situation.
