Prayer times for Kurban Hayit in Uzbekistan have been announced
The press service of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan has provided official information regarding the times for the Eid al-Adha prayer in the country's congregational mosques. Zamin.uz reported on this.
According to the provided report, the sacred Eid prayer will be performed on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the designated times across all regions. These prayer times vary based on the geographical location of the regions and the time of sunrise.
In the congregational mosques of the capital city, Tashkent, the Eid prayer is scheduled to begin at 05:10 AM. Similarly, the prayer in all mosques of the Tashkent region is also scheduled for the same time.
In the Fergana Valley regions—Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana—the prayer time is set for 05:05 AM. Our compatriots living in the Syrdarya and Jizzakh regions will be able to perform the prayer at 05:20 AM.
In the Samarkand and Surxondaryo regions, the Eid prayer will begin at 05:30 AM, and in the Qashqadaryo, Navoiy, and Bukhara regions, it will start at 05:35 AM. In the Khorezm region, considered the western part of our country, the prayer lines will form at 05:50 AM, and in the Republic of Karakalpakstan at 05:55 AM.
According to experts from the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, these times were determined by taking into account a difference of fifteen or twenty minutes after sunrise. This schedule serves all believing Muslims to feel the grandeur of the Eid and to perform their prayers on time and in an orderly manner.
All necessary conditions have been created for worshippers in the mosques, and the holiday prayer will begin with noble prayers for the peace of our country and the prosperity of our people. Residents of each region are recommended to visit the mosques in accordance with the time designated for their respective area.
