In connection with the great holiday – Kurban Aid (Eid al-Adha) – our compatriots will spend five consecutive days of rest in high spirits. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Of course, during such long holidays, it is of utmost importance to protect the health of the population and keep the system for providing quality medical assistance to our citizens in a state of readiness. The Ministry of Health announced that medical workers will diligently perform their duties during the holiday days.

In order to coordinate the provision of fast and efficient medical services to the population, a special rapid response headquarters has also been organized under the ministry. So, how will the healthcare system operate from May 27 to 31?

We have systematized the important information for you. Despite the holiday days, the health of our compatriots will be under constant supervision.

Medical workers in all major hospitals at the district, city, regional, and republic levels will organize on-call shifts based on a special schedule in accordance with the procedure established by law. Additionally, specialized scientific-practical medical centers and the leading clinics of higher medical educational institutions will also continue their activities.

The 39 newly established inter-district joint centers for trauma and acute cerebrovascular diseases in the regions will also operate on an on-call basis. To provide first aid to the population in emergency situations, the emergency medical system will operate day and night in an enhanced mode.

On-call doctors and nurses will be on duty 24 hours a day at the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care, its 13 regional branches, and nearly 200 emergency medical care departments in the regions. More than 2,860 medical aid brigades at 14 territorial branches of the Republican Emergency Medical Center, 167 major stations, 63 substations, and 1,436 support points will be ready to arrive at calls on time in the usual manner.

The birth of little princes and princesses, who bring joy to the family, and the health of our children will receive special attention during these beautiful holiday days. All maternity complexes and children's treatment facilities in our country will continue their work without any breaks, in a continuous mode during the holidays.

In accordance with our beautiful traditions, the Kurban Aid prayer will be performed in the mosques of our country early in the morning on May 27. To ensure the health and safety of worshippers during these sacred moments, special on-call shifts of emergency medical aid brigades consisting of experienced doctors will be fully deployed at all Juma mosques.

We wish all our compatriots health and family tranquility during the holiday days. May your holidays be meaningful!

Representatives of the healthcare system always strive to serve with compassion and responsibility. The provision of quality and timely medical assistance for every citizen is one of the priority directions of state policy.

Therefore, should any inconvenience arise, patients can contact the relevant institutions without fear. Personnel and technical resources in the medical field are ensured to operate fully even during the holiday days.

This serves to strengthen the environment of stability and trust in society. While peace and tranquility prevail in our country, it is our sacred duty to raise a healthy generation and highly value family values.

We sincerely congratulate you on the holiday of Kurban Aid.
