Entrepreneurs from the Kashkadarya region and representatives of leading agro-industrial companies from Egypt participated in the forum. The Uzbek delegation became acquainted with Egypt's advanced experiences in agriculture, particularly in potato and sugar beet cultivation.
These experiences will be used to develop high-quality seed potato production in Uzbekistan and attract investments in the agricultural sector. During the forum, the parties exchanged experiences in potato farming and the sugar industry and discussed the prospects for investment in Uzbekistan's agricultural sector.
In the future, a project is planned to localize all stages of seed potato production in Uzbekistan. This project will serve to further strengthen the country's agricultural sector.
